Day 3 - April 5th, 2012

Breakfast


Coffee!
(Yes I am cheating and using the same phone over and over again!!!)


2 Scrambled eggs, sauteed mushrooms with orange juice and a blueberry yogurt.

Lunch


Chicken Shawarma salad from Sultans.  I love this salad especially when you get the little cup of garlic sauce!
I LOVE GARLIC!! But I'm pretty sure my co-workers don't like me after I eat it!! :)

Mid-Afternoon Snack











I made a smoothie this morning for a mid-afternoon snack.
I got pretty hungry yesterday afternoon so I planned ahead this time.

 I filled the cup a third full of milk and then added about 1-2 cups of spinach, a tbsp of peanut butter and a small banana and blended them all together.
YUMMY!!!!

Dinner



Now I know all of this is not good for me except the cantalope...but look...good portion sizes and no bun!!
